The Act undermines the ideals of democracy. To me, Malaysia is a Capitalist Nation where democracy is not at work. The Akta Hasutan will keep the current party to continue governing Malaysia which is not free from corrupt act. The Parlimentarians should speak freely to ensure the legislation passed is for the best interest of the Nation.
